If you choose our Taster package, you’ll see what we can do for you with 4 x 1hr Physical Training sessions over a 4-week trial period (or shorter if you’d prefer). As always, first we’ll find out about you and what you want to achieve, then we’ll design a short programme for you to try out.
At the end of your Taster, if you want to carry on (and we’re sure you will) we’ll put together your next 12 week package to build on the progress you’ve made…
