How it works
Looking for regular personalised fitness training sessions to kick start your fitness plans or support your existing routine? Booster is the package for you.
When you choose our Booster block you get 10 fitness sessions, designed to be used over a 12-week period. We design a personalised fitness programme for you once we know more about your general health and your fitness goals. You can add additional support sessions as and when you need them to support your training.
