Your core coaching sessions
Our Accelerator approach lets you increase your strength and stamina at a swift but controlled pace. We’ll hit the ground running (and cycling and rowing and lunging) with 60-minute sessions and high-intensity exercises.
Alongside the cardio work we’ll also do resistance training, progressing from more basic squats and lunges to things like deadlifts, sumo jumps, and bench pressing. But there are no set exercises or standard targets. We’ll build each session around you, looking at where you’re starting from and where you want to get to.
2 x 60-minute physical training sessions each week
Your supporting fitness sessions
When you choose our Accelerator package you can add supporting fitness sessions to complement your core physical training whenever you need them. Or you can swap a Physical Training session for a support session – the choice is yours.
