Your core sessions

Need the additional motivation that training with a partner can bring? Or maybe you just need a little moral support? We can create a training programme that you can do together, but that can be adjusted to your individual abilities and needs.

When you choose a Train Together programme, you get 10 or 20 Physical Training sessions, designed to be used over a 12-week period. Once we know more about you, we’ll design something that works for you both.
Our physio, osteo, massage and wellness support sessions are a bit trickier to share, so we’ll add them individually should either of  you need them.
