How you can use your sessions
Looking for a weekly personal training session to sit alongside your swimming? Need to mix in some physio support or massage therapy after football practice? Want to add a Pilates class into your regular routine?
When you choose our Booster block you get 12 fitness sessions, designed to be used over a 12-week period. We can give you some guidance about which ones we think you might find most helpful, once we know more about your general health and your fitness goals. But ultimately it’s your choice and you can mix and match any of the session types however – and whenever – you like over your 12 weeks.

Our place or yours?
When you start your first full package with Unlock Fitness* you’ll get your own set of dumbbells, resistance bands, and a workout mat to keep at home. Plus, some of our other equipment (like our EMS) is light and easy to move. That means we can either work with you here or our coaches can come to you. Whatever fits your schedule best.
*(Rejuvenator, Energiser and Accelerator packages or equivalent)
