This package works towards improving clients physical and mental state. We work towards your goals which can consist of weight loss, gaining strength, improving mobility, being more functional for work, improving better posture among other things.

Using a mixture of cardiovascular, resistance/bodyweight exercises and massage we work towards your goals focusing on the areas that are set out from the start. Using specific training methods that tailor the training to your specific goals that will challenge and improve you.

To follow your progress throughout your training, measurements are taken at the beginning and at various intervals to see how you are doing. We have an initial consultation to discuss what your goals are and a quick history of your health and fitness.

Training is continually changed and adapted to keep the sessions interesting and challenging.
